T20 World Cup, India-Pakistan match likely to be affected by rain

NewYork (Pakistan News Online) The most important match of the World Cup between Pakistan and India will start today at 7:30 PM in New York. The meteorological department has also forecasted rain during the match, but in case of rain, additional time may be allocated for the match.

According to weather reports, there is a high chance of rain in New York on Sunday. AccuWeather reports a 51% chance of rain on the day of the Pakistan-India match, with rain expected to start half an hour after the match begins according to local time.

Reports indicate that since the Pakistan-India match is scheduled during the day, there is a possibility of additional time being allocated in case of rain. Therefore, despite the chance of rain, it is hoped that fans will get to see a full 20-over match.

In their first match of the T20 World Cup, Pakistan faced an upset defeat in the Super Over against the USA, while India defeated Ireland by 8 wickets in their first match.
