Karachi (Pakistan News Online) In the case involving the viral explicit videos of the late anchor Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain, the FIA’s investigating officer has declared the accused YouTuber Yasir Shami innocent.
According to details, the FIA has submitted a supplementary challan to the court stating that no evidence was found against Yasir Shami.
The plaintiff, Dua Aamir’s lawyer Zia Awan, and Dania’s lawyer Liaquat Gabol, objected to the supplementary challan. Advocate Zia Awan argued that the FIA had already declared Yasir Shami an accused in the final challan, stating that there was evidence against him. Now, the FIA claims there is no evidence against Yasir Shami.
Advocate Liaquat Gabol contended that Yasir Shami is the main culprit behind the viral video of the late Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain. He alleged that Dania Shah has a property dispute with Aamir Liaquat’s children and that Yasir Shami was removed from the list of accused to implicate Dania Shah.
The court issued a show-cause notice to the FIA’s investigating officer, stating that charges have already been filed in the case. The court adjourned further hearings until June 27.
