When asked which actor or actress he would never want to work with, Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar named Saba Qamar. He explained that he does not see himself working with her again due to the “indecent” clothes she wears, which he believes do not fit within his creative boundaries.

Qamar acknowledged that while Saba Qamar is a very talented actress who has delivered outstanding performances in his serials, her choice of clothing does not align with his cultural and ethical values. He emphasized that it is her personal preference to dress as she does, just as it is his personal right to decide whether or not to cast her in his projects.
Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar has previously commented on Saba Qamar’s attire and has also been vocal about other actresses such as Mahira Khan. He is known for making controversial remarks not only about actresses but also about actors, and he has faced criticism for his harsh language against women and particularly against the organizers of the Aurat March.
