Consuming milk and yogurt in Sehr not only prevents dehydration but also keeps the stomach healthy.

Use cucumbers, watermelon, melon, quinoa, apples and other juicy fruits in Sehri and Iftar, as they are rich in water and fiber, which keep the body hydrated for a long time.

Avoid these things

Avoid soda, caffeine (tea, coffee) and artificial juices during Sehr and Iftar, as they reduce the amount of water in the body.

Highly salty, spicy and fatty foods also increase thirst, so it is better to avoid them.

Protect from heat and sun

It is very important to protect yourself from the direct heat of the sun during Ramzan. Avoid going out in direct sunlight and if you must go out, arrange for an umbrella or cover your head so that less water is lost from the body.

By following these measures, you can reduce the intensity of thirst and have a healthy fast.
