CHAKWAL (Pakistan News online) DPO Chakwal Ahmed Mohiuddin’s father passed away after a short illness. The late Colonel (retd) Mohiuddin was laid to rest in his native town of Danga, Tehsil Kharian on Monday afternoon in the presence of thousands of mourners.
A large number of senior police officers, relatives and elders of the area attended the funeral prayer.
It is to be recalled that Ahmed Mohiuddin is one of the most capable and professional police officers of the Punjab Police and is considered one of the favorite police officers of Pakistanis.

Meanwhile, an emergency meeting of the Chakwal Press Club was held under the chairmanship of Khawaja Babar Saleem Mahmood in which Fateha was offered for the departed soul of the late Colonel (retd) and deep sorrow and grief was expressed to DPO Ahmed Mohiuddin on the demise of his father.
Secretary General Zulfiqar Mir, Raja Iftikhar Ahmed, Abdul Khaliq Darwish, Sheikh Ehsan Aslam, Asad Zarif, Waqas Saeed, Tanveer Abbas were also present on the occasion.
