New Delhi (Pakistan News dot com dot pk) In the Indian state of Maharashtra, a man poisoned his niece’s wedding food, but the accused was caught on the spot, due to which no one ate the food.
According to Indian media, a man broke the gate of his niece’s wedding reception in Kolhapur district of Maharashtra and poisoned the food prepared for the guests. This man was against his niece’s wedding, the police have registered a case against the accused on charges of endangering the lives of people.
The police said that food samples have been sent for testing, while the accused managed to escape from the scene. According to the Maharashtra Police, the accused has been identified as a citizen named Mahesh Patil, at whose house the bride was raised.
According to the police, the girl had recently eloped with a man from the village and married him, which her maternal uncles did not like, so the accused broke down the door of the ceremony in the wedding hall on Tuesday and poisoned the food being prepared for the guests.
