Waqar Naseem Wamiq, Riyadh – Majlis-e-Pakistan organized an event in honor of political and religious leader Syed Zeeshan Akhtar and educationist Dr. Habib ur Rehman, which saw active participation from the community.
At the event held in the Saudi capital Riyadh, Majlis e Pakistan President Rana Abdul Rauf welcomed the participants, stating that it has been their tradition to organize events in honor of political, social, literary, and religious leaders from Pakistan so that community members can benefit from their experiences.
On this occasion, political and religious leader Syed Zeeshan Akhtar and Dr. Habib ur Rehman, Chairman of the Sharia Department at the International Islamic University, emphasized that Pakistan currently needs unity to face all challenges and move towards development and prosperity.
They stressed the importance of all factions and classes working together for the betterment of the country and nation, setting aside their differences.
