KARACHI (Pakistan News Online) famous religious scholar Dr. Zakir Naik has said that unfortunately more evil is spreading on social media than good, social media should be used for Islamic Da’wah But today, Muslims are not researching on AI, it could prove to be a great tool in the future.
During his visit to Pakistan, while speaking at the function held at Governor House Karachi, Dr. Zakir Naik initially said that my Urdu is not that good, but today after 12 years, I am talking to you in Urdu, if any mistake is made, it will be ignored.
He said that social media is getting the most support in the current era, it is important to know how to use social media for the spread of religion, the spread of the message of Allah and the Messenger will be a cause of good in the hereafter.
Zakir Naik said that it is unfortunate that most madrasas or Islamic institutions do not provide awareness regarding modern media technology. Different social media links should be used for Islamic edification and promotion. Social media working for promoting islam, is being blocked because, unfortunately, modern technology is in the hands of the Jews, he added.
He said that Muslims are not doing research on AI i.e. artificial intelligence at all, AI cannot be the best tool, and Pakistan needs to acquire expertise in the field of AI because Pakistanis have a passion for promoting religion.
He said that Pakistan is the only Muslim country in the world which has nuclear power.
