New York (Pakistan News Online) iPhone 16 Pro users have started reporting the various issues with mobile phone just week after the release.
According to media reports, many users have pointed out irregular problems with the phone’s touchscreen, where the screen either becomes unresponsive or responds with a delay.
Initially, some users thought it would be a hardware malfunction but later it appears that this problem is related to a software bug, this problem is possibly linked to a hypersensitivity feature in Apple’s iOS system.
The ‘touch rejection algorithm’ seems to occasionally misinterpret intentional touches as accidental ones, causing the touchscreen to ignore them.
A post on the social network Reddit explains the problem with, which iPhone 16 Pro and Max users have been complaining about. According to it, if the user touches the screen near the camera control button, the whole display does not respond until he releases that touch except for the home bar.
It is suspected that the ‘touch rejection algorithm’ sometimes incorrectly rejects necessary touches, causing large amounts of frustration for users.
Interestingly, this problem never occurs when an unlocked iPhone is used, but only at the time that the phone is unlocked and during scrolling of apps or swiping on the home screen-that even strengthens the possibility that it is a software problem and not a hardware one.
