Lahore (Pakistan News) Famous Pakistani actress Ushna Shah has never shied away from speaking her mind and doesn’t allow trolls to dictate her life.
Recently, she posted a video with her husband where she was seen wearing shorts. The video quickly went viral, sparking a wave of trolling and criticism on social media regarding her choice of clothing.
In response to the backlash, Ushna took to her X (formerly Twitter) account, stating, “A girl from a liberal background, who grew up in Canada and wore shorts with her friends, is now married to a white man.”
She emphasized that her husband has no issues with her showing her legs abroad, and criticized Pakistani viewers for overreacting.

Ushna reflected on her past experience, saying that the biggest mistake she ever made was apologizing to the same kind of people for wearing a red blouse and dancing at her wedding.
She asserted that such people think they can suppress those who were raised in liberal environments.
Addressing her critics angrily, Ushna said, “Go watch some item numbers and search for porn. I don’t care about your hypocrisy.”
She made it clear that she has every right to live her life the way she wants and to be happy.
However, many social media users also supported Ushna, saying that she has every right to wear whatever she feels comfortable in.
