Colombo (Pakistan News Online) Dhammika Niroshana former Srilankan under 19 Captain has been shot dead in his residence on Tuesday night.
According to Indian media, Srilankan former captain was murderd in Ambalangoda home, Kanda Mawatha. Dhammika was shot by 12 bore rifle while his wife and children were at home.
Dhammika Niroshana’s body has trasfered to hospital for autopsy, shooters have not been identified yet and police is trying to crack reason of murder.
Dhammika was right-arm fast bowler and right handed batsman, debut for srilanka under 19 in 2000, he was the best alrounder of srilanka, Diniesh Chandimal and Angelo Mathews have played under his captaincy.
