Mumbai (Pakistan News) Sania Mirza has been a prominent tennis icon in India for the past 20 years. Recently, however, she has made headlines due to her divorce from Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik.
According to Indian media, there have been rumors about her potential marriage to Indian cricketer Mohammed Shami. However, her father, Imran Mirza, has dismissed these speculations.
Before her marriage to Shoaib Malik, there was a time when Sania was rumored to be romantically involved with Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor, although their relationship didn’t last long. Shahid and Sania met at a mutual friend’s party in 2009, shortly after Shahid’s breakup with Kareena Kapoor, which led him to grow closer to Sania. The two were often seen together, and Shahid even arranged an outdoor shoot for his film ‘Kaminey’ in Hyderabad to spend more time with her.
It is said that Sania did not appreciate Shahid’s controlling nature, which prevented their relationship from flourishing.
When Sania appeared as a guest on Karan Johar’s show ‘Koffee with Karan,’ she was asked about the dating rumors with Shahid. She responded that she couldn’t remember as it was a long time ago. During the show, when asked who she would marry, have a relationship with, and kill between Shahid Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, and Ranveer Singh, she said she would marry Ranbir, have a relationship with Ranveer, and kill Shahid.
Sania Mirza did not invite Shahid Kapoor to her wedding with Shoaib Malik. Shahid is now married to Mira Rajput, and they have two children, Misha and Zain.
