Sanghar (Pakistan News Online) In the city of Sanghar, Sindh, a landlord severed the leg of a camel that had wandered into his field and then shared a video of the act on social media, causing widespread outrage among users. The authorities are now taking action against him.

According to details, the Governor of Sindh and the Chief Minister of Sindh have taken notice of the incident and ordered action. Governor Kamran Tessori has announced that he will provide the affected citizen with two camels.

Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori stated that the police should take action against the actual culprits and ensure justice for the citizen. He remarked that cutting off the camel’s leg took away a poor person’s livelihood, and that it is inhumane to cut off a camel’s leg just for entering a field.

The governor further added that treating animals in such a manner is not fitting for any human being. The month of sacrifice is meant to awaken a sense of compassion for the suffering of others.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah has also taken notice of the incident. According to Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon, five suspects have been arrested and a case has been registered. The act of cutting off the camel’s leg is unacceptable from a humanitarian perspective.
