Riyadh (International Desk) Eid ul Fitr holidays in Saudi Arabia will be from Sunday, March 30 to Thursday, April 2.
According to Saudi Media, Weekly holidays in Saudi Arabia are on Fridays and Saturdays, thus adding two more days to the Eid holidays.
Offices that are closed for weekly holidays on Fridays will open 6 days later on Thursdays and then there will be weekly holidays on Fridays and Saturdays. Eid holidays for students will be even longer.
The Ministry of Education has announced that educational institutions will be closed from March 20 to April 6. It should be remembered that Ramadan began in Saudi Arabia on March 1 and this was the first time in 33 years that the Islamic and Christian months began on the same date.
