Renowned music producer arrested for harassing singer Sunanda Sharma

Mumbai (Pakistan News online) Indian Police have arrested Pinky Dhaliwal, a renowned music producer and owner of the ‘Made for Music’ company, on serious charges of abuse and financial exploitation against singer Sunanda Sharma.

According to details, the action came after Punjab State Commission for Women Chairperson Raj Lali Gul took a suo motu notice.

Sunanda Sharma, a famous Punjabi music singer, recently accused Pinky Dhaliwal of withholding her payments and mentally harassing her for several years through a post on Instagram.

In her statement, she said, “I am an independent artist and have not allowed any individual or entity to interfere in my professional affairs. I have no contract with any company, and whoever is making such claims is false and illegal.”

Sunanda clarified that she will not be responsible for any unauthorized dealings, and legal action will be taken against anyone who tries to obstruct her work.

Appealing to the Punjab Chief Minister, she said, “I am a young artist who is bringing glory to Punjab, but some greedy people are obstructing my progress. I hope for justice and protection.”

 

After Pinky Dhaliwal’s arrest, a huge debate has erupted on the Indian media and social media on the matter. Many people have supported Sunanda Sharma, while some have demanded a thorough investigation into the matter.
