Man declared in coma escapes from ICU, inside story revealed

New Delhi (International Desk) In Ratlam, northwestern part of the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh, a patient who went for treatment of a minor injury was declared in coma by the hospital staff and shifted to ICU so that a huge amount of money could be collected from the patient’s family.

According to an Indian media report, when the said person came to know that the hospital authorities were defrauding him and his family, he tried to escape from the ICU ward and finally managed to get out.

The said person claims that the hospital was demanding one lakh Indian rupees from his family for his treatment. Bunty, who lives in Deendayal Nagar, was taken to the hospital after sustaining an injury during a fight.

Bunty’s family was told by hospital authorities that she had suffered a severe spinal cord injury and was in a coma, requiring urgent and expensive treatment.

The family immediately began raising a large sum of money by borrowing from friends and family to save her life.

A video surfaced on social media showing Bunty Nnamma, who was said to be in a coma, walking out of the ICU ward without any symptoms and started protesting after coming out.
