Lahore (Pakistan News Online) The mystery of a dead body found in Mian Aslam Iqbal’s Dera has been solved in Lahore.
The deceased turned out to be a dismissed police officer, the culprit was Organized Crime Unit official and got arrested from Mianwali.
According to private TV Samaa, the police said that Organized Crime Unit official Arshad shot and killed his friend Imran and threw the pistol into the canal and fled.
The accused Arshad was arrested from Mianwali while the deceased Imran was a resident of Faisalabad and a dismissed police officer.
Both were addicted to ice. Arshad, the arrested accused, confessed to the crime during interrogation. Investigation is underway to reveal the final reasons for the murder.
It is worth mentioning that the body was found in the servant quarters of former provincial minister Mian Aslam Iqbal’s Dera on February 22.
