Champions Trophy 2025: Pakistan Finalizes Playing XI Against New Zealand

Lahore (Pakistan News Online) Cricket fans now just have to wait a few hours for the year’s biggest cricket festival Champions Trophy 2025, going to happen in Pakistan, and team management has also finalized the playing eleven.

According to the details, Pakistan will face New Zealand in the first match of the tournament tomorrow in National Stadium of Pakistan, Karachi, for this sensational match Captain Muhammad Rizwan has chosen his playing XI with the consent of team management.

Sources told Pakistan News that management may select Haris Rauf against New Zealand who suffered a side strain in tri nation series, as it is reported he is now fully fit for the tournament.

Sources say that the team management has decided to rest Faheem Ashraf in the first match of the Champions Trophy, while Captain Muhammad Rizwan, Babar Azam, Fakhar Zaman, Saud Shakeel, Salman Ali Agha, Naseem Shah, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Haris Rauf, Muhammad Abrar, Khushdil Shah, Tayyab Tahir are likely to be included in the playing XI.
