Peshawar (Education Reporter) The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has postponed the matriculation and inter annual examinations in view of Ramadan.
The provincial government has ordered all education boards to postpone matriculation examinations and has issued instructions to conduct these examinations in April after Ramadan.
A spokesperson for the Peshawar Education Board says the aim of postponing the examinations is to facilitate students during Ramadan.
The matriculation annual examinations in the province were scheduled for March 5, but now after the postponement, the matriculation annual examinations will begin on April 8.
Chairman Peshawar Board Nasrullah Khan said that the announcement will be issued in the meeting of the chairmen of all education boards this week.
Inter examinations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will now begin on May 7 instead of April 10.
