Lahore (Daily Pakistan Online) Famous Pakistani host and model Mathira has expressed her anger over an inappropriate video shared by Controversial singer Chahat Fateh Ali Khan.
According to details, Chahat Fateh Ali Khan appeared as a guest on Mathira’s show a few days ago. A video clip from the program, shared by Chahat on his Instagram account, went viral. In the clip, Chahat is seen attempting to hug and touch Mathira inappropriately, actions that make her uncomfortable. Mathira’s unease was evident as she tried to distance herself from him.
Mathira’s Reaction
Addressing the matter on her show, Mathira revealed that the video was filmed without her permission and from an inappropriate angle. Furthermore, it was shared on social media without her consent.
She said when a guest comes on my show, I treat them with respect and kindness, but recording a video like this was extremely disrespectful. Being bold doesn’t mean anyone can come and hug me,”
Mathira explained that the video was not recorded by her show’s cameras but by Chahat Fateh Ali Khan himself, without informing her or her team. “Our cameras are positioned elsewhere. This video was filmed from a different angle, which is not allowed,” she added.
Expressing her discomfort, Mathira said, “As a woman, this was extremely distressing for me. I do not engage in such behavior that involves hugging or being overly close to others.”

Video Removal and Warning
Mathira also revealed that Chahat shared the video without permission and refused to take it down or apologize when asked. She issued a clear warning to her audience, saying, “If you see me anywhere, do not try to hug me or shake hands.”
She further explained that she was ready to leave the set and was heading to her car when Chahat filmed the video, after which she immediately left the premises.
This incident has brought attention to issues of privacy and consent, with Mathira firmly standing her ground and calling out inappropriate behavior.
