Islamabad (Pakistan News Online) The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has issued a show cause notice to Member of National Assembly (MNA) Sher Afzal Marwat for violating party discipline.
According to private TV Sama News, the show cause notice to Sher Afzal Marwat was issued by Additional Secretary General PTI Firdous Shamim Naqvi for his statements against party leaders and violation of party discipline.
Sher Afzal Marwat has been asked to respond within 7 days, while he has also been instructed not to make any statements in the media until he responds to the show cause.
According to the text of the notice, he violated the party policy and the clear instructions of the founding chairman, he also criticized the party’s central secretary general, his statements affected the negotiation process, the show cause notice is being issued on the instructions of the founding chairman.
It should be noted that last year, a show cause notice was issued to Sher Afzal Marwat by the PTI through the party’s General Secretary Omar Ayub, which stated that his irresponsible statements have harmed the interests of the party and that he made statements despite the instructions of the founder of PTI.
He was issued a notice before this too and later Sher Afzal Marwat had made it clear that if anyone talks about him, he will respond.
