Decision on the petition to remove Sanam Javed’s name from the PCL

Lahore (Pakistan News Online) The Lahore High Court has dismissed the petition to remove PTI activist Sanam Javed’s name from the Passport Control List.

According to private TV Dunya News, Justice Farooq Haider of the Lahore High Court heard the petition of Sanam Javed, in which the federal government and others have been made parties.

The Registrar’s Office had objected to the petition for not first approaching the relevant forum, the court upheld the objection of the Registrar’s Office. The court said in its remarks that the petitioner should first approach the relevant forum, if there is no hearing, they can come to court.

Later, the Lahore High Court dismissed the petition to remove PTI activist Sanam Javed’s name from the PCL list.
