New Delhi (Pakistan News online) generally, young boys or girls trust each other and provide private information and data, but sometimes because of this, they face problems in their lives. This is what happened to a young girl whose boyfriend blackmailed her by making private videos and pictures and extorted crores of rupees.
According to Indian media, the police have arrested a 22-year-old youth from Bengaluru, Mohan Kumar, on charges of blackmailing the girl and extorting crores of rupees.
According to the police, the boy and the 20-year-old girl were in a relationship, Both used to study together, but after graduation, their contact was cut off. The two met each other after many years and their relationship resumed.
Police say that the accused Mohan Kumar promised to marry the girl and took her on a trip where he made indecent videos and pictures of the girl and promised to keep them private, but after returning, Mohan Kumar started blackmailing the so called girlfriend.
The girl, fearing that her private photos and videos would be leaked, gave the boy millions of Indian rupees over a few months.
According to the police, the girl first transferred 12.5 million rupees from her grandmother’s account to Mohan Kumar’s account. Later, the girl also gave 13.2 million rupees in cash to the accused on various occasions.
Not only this, the accused kept demanding expensive watches, jewelry and a luxury car from the girl but when the victim ( name not released yet) got fed up with Mohan Kumar’s demands, she filed a case with the Bengaluru police, after which the police arrested the accused Mohan Kumar and started investigating the incident.
Police officials say that this is a well-planned crime in which the accused extorted more than 25 million rupees from the girl through blackmailing, out of which 80 million rupees have been recovered.
