Haris Rauf breaks Shaheen Shah Afridi’s record

Lahore (Pakistan News Online) Pakistan cricket team fast bowler Haris Rauf achieved an important milestone in his career in the second ODI match against Australia.

In a brilliant bowling performance in the second ODI against Australia, Haris Rauf took 5 wickets for 29 runs in 8 overs.

He has taken 77 wickets in 39 matches, which is also the most wickets in the first 39 matches of any Pakistani bowler’s career.

By taking 5 wickets in Adelaide, he broke the records of spinner Saqlain Mushtaq and fast bowler Shaheen Afridi, who had taken 76 wickets in their first 39 matches.
