Mumbai (Pakistan News online ) A case has been registered against famous Bollywood producer Ekta Kapoor and her mother Shobha Kapoor for filming obscene scenes with minors.
According to details, an episode of “Alt Bala ji” web series “Gandi Baat” allegedly showed inappropriate scenes involving minor girls, for which Ekta and her mother have been booked under the POCSO Act.
This case is related to season 6 of web series “Gandi Baat” of OTT platform “Alt Balaji”.
According to the Mumbai Police, the complaint states that the serial aired on “Alt Balaji” between February 2021 and April 2021 showed pornographic scenes of minor girls. However, the controversial episode is currently not playing on the app.
The complaint alleged that Alt Balaji’s three web series including “Class of 2017” and “Class of 2020” filmed pornographic scenes with minors.
It is alleged that these serials showed minor actors in school uniforms involved in inappropriate and obscene acts.
