Police deployed on the highway after truck overturned

New Delhi (Pakistan News Online) In India, a truck overturned on the highway due to which the tomatoes spread on the highway, the police was deployed to protect the tomatoes from being stolen. At present, the price of tomato per kg in the country is 100 rupees.

According to Indian media, this incident took place on the highway of Uttar Pradesh where a truck carrying 18 tons of tomatoes was on its way to its destination when it met with an accident.

Truck driver Arjun told that he was going from Bengaluru to New Delhi when suddenly a cow came on the highway and as soon as he turned to save it, the truck overturned. The companion sustained minor injuries, but the woman following his truck was hit by another truck and was taken to hospital for treatment.

According to media reports, the police immediately reached the site after receiving the information about the incident to prevent the tomatoes from being stolen.
