New Delhi (Pakistan News Online) Polish YouTuber Karolina Goswami has disclosed that she received over 220 death threats from supporters of popular Indian YouTuber Dhruv Rathee. The threats allegedly followed her release of a video exposing what she claimed to be misinformation shared by Rathee.
Karolina, who resides in India, informed her followers about the threats via an Instagram post, sharing a video of herself walking with two security guards. The clip went viral, attracting widespread condemnation in the comments section.
In the caption of her post, Karolina asserted, “We are not afraid of these threats; we will continue living in India.” The video shows her accompanied by her two children, as well as bodyguards dressed in black uniforms for security. Since its release, the post has garnered over 4.5 million views, with supporters praising her courage.

What Sparked the Controversy?
In May of this year, Karolina criticized Dhruv Rathee—an Indian YouTuber based in Germany—on her channel ‘Indian in Details’ for allegedly spreading fake news about India. In the video, she also urged the Indian government to ban Rathee. In response, Rathee reshared her videos and harshly trolled her.
Following Rathee’s reaction, his supporters launched attacks on Karolina and her family, targeting them with abusive comments. Recently, Karolina revealed that she had received over 220 death threats, including threats of rape and murder, via calls and messages, along with screenshots as evidence.
Karolina Goswami, a Polish citizen holding an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card, has lived in India with her husband Anurag and their children. Despite the harassment, Karolina remains steadfast, declaring her intention to continue residing in India with her family.
