Lahore (Pakistan News Online) The government of Pakistan has announced a massive reduction in the prices of petroleum products, effective from midnight.
According to the details, the price of petrol has been reduced by PKR 2.07 per liter, bringing the new price to PKR 247.03 per liter. Similarly, the price of High-Speed Diesel (HSD) has been decreased by PKR 3.40 per liter, making the new price PKR 246.29 per liter.
The price of Light Diesel has been cut by PKR 3 per liter, setting the new price at PKR 140.90 per liter. Additionally, kerosene oil has seen a reduction of PKR 3.57 per liter, bringing its price down to PKR 154.90 per liter.
These revised prices will come into effect starting at 12:00 AM tonight.
Between June 1 and October 1, 2024, petrol prices have been decreased by PKR 21.23 per liter, and diesel prices have seen a cumulative reduction of PKR 18.67 per liter.
