The court has said in the verdict that there is no evidence against the accused, the statement of recovery against the accused is not on record, the request of the investigating officer to send the accused to jail is rejected, the arrested accused is discharged from the case, And ordered if not required in any other the case, he should be released immediately.
Its noteworthy that Nadeem Nani wala was arrested with a car using IK-804 no plate which was not issued by excise department and police claimed that the mentioned no plate was fake.
