Faisalabad (Pakistan News) Pakistani cricketer Babar Azam, the captain of the national white ball team, broke the record of Virat Kohli, the famous batsman of the Indian team, in domestic cricket.

According to ARY News, in the seventh match of Champions ODI Cup, the Stallions batted first and scored 271 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in the allotted overs. Chasing 272 runs, the Dolphins team was bowled out for 97 runs.

What is Babar Azam’s record?

Babar Azam played an impressive innings of 104 runs off 100 balls, his innings included 7 fours and three towering sixes, Babar Azam has broken Virat Kohli’s record by scoring his 30th century in 180 innings of domestic career.

India’s famous batsman Virat Kohli scored 30 centuries in 199 innings of domestic career, followed by former South African batsman Hashim Amla who took 225 innings to achieve this goal. New Zealand’s Martin Guptill had scored 30 centuries in 259 domestic innings.

Former Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan played 262 innings to achieve this milestone, while Sachin Tendulkar and Rohit Sharma scored 30 centuries in 267 and 275 innings respectively.
