Recently, a clip from the popular Indian show Kaun Banega Crorepati featuring Pankaj’s story about his love marriage went viral. He shared an interesting anecdote about how he met his wife, Mridula.
Pankaj recalled that during his early career days, he was traveling by train when he first saw Mridula. He was sitting on the upper berth and noticed her sitting with her mother on the lower one. During the journey, fellow passengers commented that the two seemed like a perfect match, which made Mridula laugh and gave Pankaj more confidence.
He also mentioned that after their marriage in 2004, Mridula stood by him through the tough times in his career, even offering financial support.
