Lahore (Pakistan News Online) The family court has issued the degree of divorce to famous Pakistani TV anchor person Ayesha Jahanzeb on her plea.
According to 24 News and samaa tv, anchor person Ayesha Jahanzeb’s divorce petition was heard in the family court, during which she stated that she does not want to live with her husband Haris and the court should issue a divorce degree. After the statement of the applicant, the degree of removal was issued.
The court declared that the custody of the children will remain joint. Ayesha Jehanzeb says in a statement that there was a settlement with the elders of the ex-husband Haris’s family after which she gave a statement in the case of torture.
On July 10 of this month, videos and pictures of Ayesha Jahanzeb’s torture went viral. She told the media that her husband tortured her for the third time in a year, while her husband had also secretly married her.
Later, on Ayesha Jehanzeb’s plea, the police arrested her husband, Haris. The police had also taken Haris into physical custody after his arrest and later produced him in a local court in Lahore and the same case was heard on July 19 again, in which Ayesha Jahanzeb also appeared before the court.
According to Sama TV, Ayesha Jahanzeb gave a statement before the court that she reconciled with her husband and she voluntarily confirmed the agreement with her husband in front of the court, actually this statement was given after the settlement so that Haris could be released.
