Karachi (Pakistan News Online) A settlement has been reached in the Karsaz accident case, with the family of the deceased, Imran Arif, agreeing to submit No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and Natasha Danish Iqbal is going to be released soon.

According to details, the heirs of Imran Arif and Amina Arif, who died in the accident, have prepared affidavits that will be presented during the hearing of the bail application of the accused, Natasha Danish.

The family members, including Imran Arif’s son, Usama Arif, and his daughter, will submit NOCs, allowing the accused to be granted bail. Imran Arif’s wife will also submit a No Objection Certificate.

The affidavit states that a settlement has been reached between both parties, and the family has forgiven the accused, Natasha Danish, in the name of Allah, who is Merciful and Forgiving.

The affidavit further mentions that the family has no objection to the accused being granted bail, clarifying that the accident was not intentional. The family emphasized that the NOCs were given without any pressure, and everything stated in the affidavit is truthful.

Private TV channel Geo News reported that the settlement between both parties was reached five days ago. Family sources indicate that this decision was made without any financial compensation (Diyat).

Amina was the youngest and the darling in the family who was being educated by her father, who sold snacks to educate his daughter.

Following the accident, the female driver involved in the incident was taken into custody, and her medical reports later confirmed the presence of the drug “ice” in her body.
