Karachi (Pakistan News) Natasha Danish Iqbal is in judicial custody and police are trying to gather more evidence while they have received the accused woman driver’s medical report in which shocking revelations have shaken the authorities.
According to sources, the results from the urine samples of the accused driver revealed the presence of a prohibited substance. However, no intoxicating substance was found in the blood samples. The medical report has been sealed for 2 to 3 days.
Following the incident, the Senate Standing Committee on Health requested the report on August 22. The Chairman of the Health Committee, Amir Chishti, stated that the committee had requested a report from the Jinnah Hospital administration on the tests and health of the accused, amid public doubts regarding the tests and procedures.
It is worth noting that the accident occurred on August 19 on Karsaz Road, where the accused driver, while driving a car, collided with a motorcycle carrying Amna Arif and her father. Both lost their lives as a result of the collision.
