Bitcoin price surges by 10.3 percent, reaching $61,000

New York (Pakistan News) The price of the popular digital currency Bitcoin has once again reached $61,128.

According to trading data from the Binance platform, Bitcoin’s value increased by 10.3% during today’s trading session, reaching this new high.

Earlier in March, Bitcoin’s price hit a record level of $70,400 for the first time.

Meanwhile, the Pakistan Stock Exchange saw a positive start, with the value of the dollar continuing to decline.

The crypto economy is experiencing a strong recovery after a sharp decline over the weekend and a challenging start on Monday.

On that day, BTC dropped to $49,577 per coin, a level not seen since February 2024. However, three days later, it rebounded by 26%, hitting an intraday high of $62,729.

By 8 p.m. EDT on August 8, BTC was trading at $61,128 per coin, marking an 10.3% gain against the U.S. dollar in the past 24 hours.
