Mumbai (Pakistan News Online) Indian cricket team’s fast bowler Mohammed Shami has finally addressed the rapidly spreading rumours about his alleged marriage with tennis star Sania Mirza.
According to details, following Sania Mirza’s separation from Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik, rumors began circulating online that Sania Mirza would marry Mohammed Shami. Various social media posts speculated about Shami and Sania’s impending marriage, accompanied by edited photos that were being shared online.
In an interview with Shubhankar Mishra on YouTube, Mohammed Shami was asked about these rumors. He strongly criticized those who spread such news online. The fast bowler urged people to avoid spreading falsehoods on social media and mentioned that while memes can be entertaining, they can also be harmful.

He said, “I appeal to everyone to use social media responsibly and refrain from spreading baseless news.” Mohammed Shami added, “I agree that memes are for fun, but when they relate to someone’s life, you should think carefully before making them. Today, if you are not verified, have no address, and are not famous, you can say anything.”
He further stated, “But I would like to say one thing, if you have the guts, say it from a verified page. It’s easy to pull someone down; achieve success and raise your level, then I’ll consider you a good person.”
It is worth noting that last month, edited images presenting Sania Mirza and Mohammed Shami as a couple were circulating on the internet, with claims that they would be getting married in August this year. The Indian media’s confident assertions about their August wedding surprised not only Sania Mirza but also Mohammed Shami’s fans.
